Ajay Amalean

Ajay Amalean is a co-founder of MAS and serves on its board of directors.Ajay currently serves as the Managing Director of MAS Brands and responsible for retail growth at MAS Holdings. He was responsible for spearheading the product development and design function at MAS, which todays stands the largest design facility in Sri Lanka’s apparel sector. As a co-founder Ajay, An engineer by profession has served in several positions across the group covering marketing, operations, supply chain, HR, product development and design over his 30 year carrier. His passion however, is working with people at all levels and is considered the heart of the organization.
