Zack Whaley

Zack Whaley serves as Chief of Staff and VP of Operations for PurFi, a sustainable textile manufacturing company. His key responsibilities involve raising and managing institutional capital during this period of significant company growth, operations and systems development, and raw material sourcing. He leads the operational network in Asia to collect and manage the cut-and-sew waste supply chains that feed the sustainable rejuvenation process of the company.

Zack’s previous experience comes from the Investment Banking industry, in which he was a Senior Analyst for BMO Capital Markets. He was involved in over $1 billion of financial transactions spanning across M&A, equity raising and debt issuance, including the $361 million IPO of Virtu Financial and a $173 million Convertible Notes Offering for Envestnet, Inc.
