Thusitha Cooray
Thusitha Cooray is the Chief Operating Officer for Hirdaramani Discovery Lab. He began his career in the
apparel industry in 2001 and has held multiple roles within the industry. His areas of interest are strategy,
product innovation and sustainable processes in apparel manufacturing.
Thusitha is a member of the Future Leaders Committee of the Joint Apparel Association Forum (JAAF) and
represents the Group in the Sri Lankan Apparel Exporters Association. He holds a MBA from the Henley
Business School, UK and Bsc (Hons) in Management from the University of London and is a Member of
the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
