Dilan Guneratne

Dilan Gooneratne is the CEO/Founder of Inqube – the Innovation, Design and Active Wear arm of Brandix. Currently, Inqube is a USD 170 Mn company with a primary focus on bringing next generation clothing solutions to life and providing partnered brands with advanced supply chain solutions. The Inqube Group comprises of a manufacturing arm which overlooks manufacturing in Sri Lanka, Haiti and Cambodia, a design house in the UK, and an Innovation Hub with a state-of-the-art Maker Space in Sri Lanka, and employs a 9,300 member strong workforce across its locations. Prior to Inqube, Dilan had spent 15 years in the apparel industry serving as Managing Director to Bodyline and IFI, both joint ventures of Triumph Industries, MAS and MAST Industries. Before joining the apparel industry, Dilan was involved in Retail, Brand and Marketing Communications fields at John Keells and Phoenix Ogilvy & Mather respectively.
