Wellbeing Programme (Hirdaramani)

This programme focuses on improving the overall wellbeing of Hirdaramani employees at work, at home and within their communities. The program considers 5 spheres of wellbeing, economic, relational, physiological, mental and environmental. The program works towards improving wellbeing across each of these areas via a combination of education, environmental change, workplace improvements and access to resources. The essential success of the Wonders of Wellbeing program hinges on a few core facts:

  • Program structure for developed and fine tunes via a collaborative process that took into account feedback from Employees
  • A data based approach that enabled continuous review and assessment of successes and failures
  • Teams of motivated internal Wellbeing Champions that drive initiatives within each facility
